Despite a few days of rain recently, it’s getting warm again in Madrid and summer is just around the corner. Don’t worry, there are plenty of places to cool off in Madrid. Here’s a list of 6 swimming pools you can find in the capital. Most have been open since May 15.

Mistral (Barajas)

Located in a central area of Madrid, this pool is easily accessible by public transport and is close to many other services and attractions. The Mistral pool has an indoor pool that is used for freestyle swimming, swimming lessons and other aquatic activities. In addition to the pool, the sports center includes a well-equipped gymnasium for a variety of physical activities. The pool is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. all week.

Blanca Fernández Ochoa (Carabanchel)

The pool is located in Madrid’s Carabanchel district. Measuring 50 meters long and 21 meters wide, the main pool offers plenty of space for swimming and water sports. And for the little ones, there’s a charming children’s pool where they can play and enjoy the water in complete safety. Tickets can be purchased via the Deportes web portal and the Madrid es Deporte mobile application. Tickets cost around 4.5 euros for an adult for the day and 2.25 euros for the morning or afternoon only.

Concepción (Ciudad Lineal)

La Piscina de la Concepción is located in the Ciudad Lineal neighborhood. The pool has two pools, the main one 25 meters long. Ticket prices are identical to those of the previous pool. Opening times are as follows: mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; afternoons from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; and full days from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Santa Ana (Fuencarral-El Pardo)

It’s located in the Fuencarral-El Pardo district. The pool is open-air and offers other sports activities such as tennis, table tennis, futsal and basketball. The pool is open every day of the week from 11am to 9pm. It has a large pool and a smaller one for children. Admission costs just 1.8 euros.

Aluche (Latina)

The pool is located in one of the most important sports complexes in the south of Madrid, in La Latina. Tickets can be purchased at deportesweb.madrid.es. The complex has two adjoining twin pools, each measuring 50 x 25 meters.

In addition to its large pools, Piscine Aluche also features a 420 m2 artificial turf solarium, where you can soak up the sun and relax in comfort.

The center also features a picnic area, ideal for sharing pleasant moments with family and friends.

Casa de Campo (Moncloa)

The sports center in which the pool is located was recently renovated and now houses 5 pools. 3 of these are outdoor summer pools. Their dimensions are 33×16 and 36×25 meters. There are also two multi-purpose halls where sports courses are organized.

If you want to cool off in the summer heat, now you know where to go. Most tickets for these pools are available from deportesweb.madrid.es.

Enjoy!

Here are 3 waterfalls that are well worth a visit. Enjoy nature with the peaceful sound of flowing water.

El Molinar, Alcoy

It’s a place where you can discover the industrial remains of old flour mills and fulling mills right in the middle of nature. This was an ideal location for mills, as the large quantities of water available made it possible to grind wheat quickly. As you stroll along, you’ll find a large waterfall and several streams running downhill. It’s highly recommended to visit in autumn, especially after torrential rains, to fully appreciate the phenomenon. Behind the beautiful building, if we continue along the path, we’ll find an old dam and aqueduct, a small spring water source and the remains of the first industrial buildings in the Molinar basin, the so-called First Water mills, some 18th-century paper and flour mills built on the remains of the old 15th-century Ferro fulling mill.

Cascada de Orbaneja del Castillo

Located in the province of Burgos, the Orbaneja del Castillo waterfall is one of the most beautiful in Spain. The waterfall is located on the River Ebro and flows spectacularly down through the village, forming pools and small waterfalls along the way. Hiking around the waterfall offers incredible views of the village and the surrounding gorge. The sound of water has made Orbaneja del Castillo one of the best-known villages in the province of Burgos. The dozens of trails linking the different areas of the Parque Natural de las Hoces del Alto Ebro y Rudrón offer a wide range of possibilities for all tastes. One of the most popular routes is the Rudrón River Gorge, a linear trail that follows the winding course of the river for 9 km.

Cascada del Nervión

The Cascada del Nervión is the highest waterfall in Spain, with a drop of 222 meters. It is located between the provinces of Burgos and Álava, in the Monte Santiago Natural Park. The waterfall attracts numerous hikers and tourists all year round. The scenery is even more impressive after heavy rain or thaw. Like most places, the Salto del Nervión can be reached from a number of different areas, but the easiest and busiest route is from the urban center of Orduña to the top of the port of the same name.

If you are an amator of hiking, don’t hesitate and go admire these waterfall which are making a peaceful environment in the heart of nature.

The Sanfermines are held every year from July 6 to 14 in honor of Saint Firmin, patron saint of Pamplona. For several days, the city is invaded by a multicolored crowd. The streets fill up with Pamplona locals and tourists, some of whom come from far and wide to witness these unique festivities. The official kick-off, or chupinazo, takes place at 12am on July 6. It’s an eagerly awaited moment, when the mayor throws a firecracker from the balcony of City Hall to mark the start of the festivities. From that moment on, the city is immersed in festivities.

What can I do during it ?

During the Sanfermines, Pamplona offers activities for all tastes. One of the most popular is the encierro, a bull run that takes place every morning at 8am. The bulls are released from their pens and run through the city streets to the bullring.

If that’s not your thing, don’t worry, there’s plenty more to see and do !

Of course, religious ceremonies also parade through the streets to celebrate worship.

There’s a vibrant atmosphere on every street, with music, dancing and games. Everyone comes together to eat, drink and party. It’s the perfect time to enjoy with friends or make new acquaintances. But you can also enjoy it in family ! There are also paella contests and wine tastings. At night, you’ll be treated to night-time parties and fireworks.

🎟Book your trip with us to Pamplona !🎟

Tradition

Traditionally, and for several centuries, all participants in these festivities wear the same typical costume. Men wear white pants and a white shirt, with a red scarf around the waist and a red scarf around the neck. Women wear a skirt and white blouse, with the same scarf and scarf as the men. This tradition of dress, which dates back several centuries, is a way of showing pride in Navarrese culture and customs.

Gastronomy

Let yourself be seduced by the culinary delights that delight your palate at every corner. Pamplona’s renowned gastronomy invites you to savor exquisite pintxos, miniature culinary treasures bursting with flavors that showcase the region’s rich culinary heritage.
But you’ll also find “tortilla de patatas“, a Spanish potato omelette, “jamón serrano” and “croquetas“. You can also enjoy typical dishes such as “chuletón de buey“, which is prime rib of beef, and “cordero al chilindrón“, a kind of lamb stew in tomato sauce.

Taste also the wines of Navarre, which are among the best in Spain and will perfectly accompany your dishes during these festivities.

How do I get there ?

The city is easily accessible by car, about 4 hours from Madrid. Pamplona is a large city, so of course it has its own train station. As for the car, allow 4 hours from Madrid’s Atocha station.

We offer you the possibility of departing by private bus from Madrid, which will make things easier for you as we take care of everything. All you have to do is get to the meeting point at the Hotel Mediodia (Del Arte/Atocha station).

So don’t hesitate and come to discover these incredible festivities to soak up the culture. You won’t regret it with all the things to do there. It’s impossible to get bored! Pamplona welcomes you in a warm and festive atmosphere.

It is one of the Spanish Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean. Palma is its capital and is renowned for its seaside resorts, protected coves, limestone mountains and Moorish and Roman ruins. Its clear turquoise waters add to the charm of this incredible destination. It’s one of the most popular destinations on the Mediterranean for tourists who want to soak up the sun on the most beautiful beaches, coves and so on. There are 200 registered on the island, plus hidden coves. Here is our list of the 5 coves to visit in Majorca.

Cala Agulla

This white sandy beach is quite large and forms part of the natural area of special interest declared by the Parliament of the Balearic Islands in 1991. It is, however, quite touristy, so arrive early to avoid the crowds. Many services are available on site, including a bar, hammock service, showers and other facilities.

Sa Calobra

Sa Calobra beach is one of Mallorca’s most photographed beaches. It is located on the Tramuntana coast and can be reached via the winding road between Sóller and Pollença, or by hiking across the Torrent de Parreis. Getting there by two-wheeler or car is an adventure, with its snake-like winding road from which it takes its name. The beach is narrow and surrounded by cliffs, which adds to its charm. It’s a pebble beach, so don’t forget your shoes. Take something to eat and drink, as there are no services.

Looking for crystal-clear turquoise waters ? Discover the Isla de Tabarca near Alicante !

🎟Book your trip to the island here !🎟

Caló des Moro

Considered by many to be one of the most beautiful coves on the island, its white sand, turquoise waters and vegetation make it the perfect place to spend the day. The cove is surrounded by cliffs and quite difficult to access. But if you’re brave enough, you won’t regret it ! The area is also ideal for diving and snorkeling. It’s accessible by shuttle bus from Santanyí, leaving you just a 15-minute walk away.

Cala Mondragó

This cove is much less frequented by tourists, making it the perfect place to relax by the water. It has been declared a Nature Park, then an Area of Interest for birdwatchers due to its large bird population. It is surrounded by a pine forest and covered with white sand.

Cala Llombards

Cala Llombards is one of the most unspoilt beaches on the eastern side of the island of Mallorca. The beach is formed by the mouth of a torrent, which itself has created several small coves in the surrounding area. Here you can admire the splendid high cliffs that encircle the beach, and the small pine forest in the background. It’s easy to reach by car, thanks to free parking, but not by bus. For hiking enthusiasts, several excursions leave from this beach, passing through villages and other beaches, to arrive, for one of them, at Calo des Moro, for example.

If you’re heading off to sunbathe in Mallorca, be sure to visit these magnificent coves, which will leave you with unforgettable memories.

After a short spell of cold and rain, it’s now warm and sunny in Madrid ! What could be better than relaxing on the water in a kayak ? On most of the sites presented, you can choose to kayak for an hour or two, either under the supervision of an instructor or on your own. Here is our list of the best places to kayak in Madrid.

Embalse and Pantano de San Juan

It is surrounded by an environment that provides serenity and tranquillity, ideal for taking a break. You can enjoy this beautiful view and setting from the heart of the reservoir on your kayak. Since it’s a reservoir, paddling doesn’t require too much effort, so you can enjoy the moment to the full. You can choose between a single or double-seater kayak. After this effort, you can relax in the shade of the pine forest.

Picadas

Located in the foothills of the Sierra Norte, Embalse de Picadas is the perfect place to escape the heat and noise of the city. Also like the previous one, it’s tank-based, so it requires no experience and little effort to get around. So, once again, you can take full advantage of this moment to relax and enjoy yourself. You can even swim in it.

Do you love nature, hiking and kayaking? We’ve got just the thing for you, with a day organized by us where you can enjoy sharing the experience with other people and our guides.

Hoces del Río Duratón Natural Park

Despite being further from Madrid, it’s well worth the detour. It’s a popular destination for nature lovers. Take a stroll through the gorges, with the cliffs surrounding you. You’ll be able to observe wildlife up close. The clear waters are ideal for kayaking ! What’s more, the canyon’s cliffs are home to Europe’s largest colony of griffon vultures. Today, 700 pairs of vultures circle the sickles or watch from their nests in the walls, And you’re sure to catch a glimpse of one!

Lozoya

More precisely located in the Pinilla reservoir, with a magnificent view of the Sierra de Guadarrama. You can bring your children and even your pets, who can ride in your kayak at a reduced price. Other activities include tree climbing and zip-lining.

Casa de campo

Located in the very heart of the capital, Casa de campo also offers kayaking in a different style. The park offers classic kayaking, but if you’re looking for a more physical activity, we’ve got just what you’re looking for. There’s also kayak polo, which, as the name suggests, combines the two sports. The rules are explained on site by an instructor who supervises the game. How about it?

Río Jarama

With rapids, branches to dodge and the occasional uprooted tree, this route can be quite complicated. It’s best suited to those with kayaking experience and an eye for adventure.

Spring started a while ago and summer is just around the corner. It’s the time of year when flowers are in full bloom and we can admire nature’s spectacular display. We’re lucky in Madrid, with fields of the most beautiful flowers and places where you can see them in large quantities, making for a peaceful setting. Here is the list of the best places to see flowers in Madrid.

Marguerite

Marguerite is usually associated with love and sorrow, hence the game of plucking the petal and thinking ‘He loves me, he loves me not, he loves me,…’. This flower is typical of early spring, and can be found in many places where there are patches of grass. The flowering season is very long, from March to September. If you want to find them in Madrid, go to Retiro Park, El Capricho or almost anywhere in Madrid Rio.

Roses

The rose is without doubt the most iconic flower of all. Whether you’re giving a flower to your loved one or to your mother, it’s the one that immediately springs to mind, for its beauty, color and fragrance. But we’re more used to finding them at the florist’s than in the wild. Fortunately, there are several beautiful rose gardens in Madrid where you can enjoy them to the full. You can visit the one in the Retiro Park once again, or the one in the Parque del Oeste, which is perhaps more abundant. The latter was awarded the Garden Excellence prize by the World Federation of Rose Societies in 2006.

Lavender

Brihuega is home to Spain’s most beautiful and famous lavender fields. We’ve talked about it before, but this field is well worth talking about again. Lavender blooms in summer, and the ideal time to contemplate this magnificent landscape is from late June to mid-July. These lavender fields cover vast expanses of land, creating a magnificent purple landscape.

In town, you’ll find lavender everywhere, on balconies, streets and doorways. There’s even a market selling lavender perfumes, soaps and cookies.

There’s also a festival! For more information, click here.

🎟Book your trip to Brihuega with us now !🎟

Sunflower

As its name suggests, this flower is associated with the sun. Auxin, a plant hormone, produces the phenomenon that gives the impression that the flower follows the sun and looks at it, but this phenomenon stops when it reaches maturity. Although not found directly in the capital, sunflower fields can also be found in Brihuega, Altos Campos de Gómara and Toledo’s Castillo de Malpica del Tajo.

Its flowering period starts later than other flowers, from late summer, mid-August, to early autumn.

Tulip

For those who know or are interested in flower symbolism, the red tulip, like the rose of the same color, is a symbol of passion and intense love. It’s the ideal flower for Valentine’s Day, or for making a grand declaration of love. The white tulip, on the other hand, represents sincere, pure and idealistic love. The ones you can find in Madrid can be found in the Royal Botanical Garden, which boasts over 17,000 of these flowers in its flowerbeds.

Poppy

This flower, which blooms at altitudes of up to 1700m, has become a traditional symbol of freedom and adaptability and willpower. The poppy generally blooms twice a year, once from April to May and again from September to October. The biggest and most beautiful poppies you’ll see near Madrid are to be found near Toledo, in Polan.

Cactus

When we think of cacti, we obviously think of their great resilience and low maintenance. They’re the ideal gift for someone who doesn’t know how to look after plants. It’s often forgotten that cacti flower and offer beautiful blooms. They generally flower at the hottest time of the summer. The best place to see them is Desert City, which boasts a magnificent botanical garden filled with cacti.

For all you nature lovers out there, the choice is yours when you decide to visit your favorite flowers in or near Madrid. Take a look at our destinations, and we’ll organize a trip to Brihuega to see the lavender fields at their best. Several dates are available!

The island of Tabarca is the smallest inhabited island in Spain and the only inhabited island in the entire Valencia region. It is an archipelago made up of several islets: Tabarca, the largest, and the islands of La Cantera, La Galera and La Nao, as well as numerous reefs.

Once a refuge for Berber pirates, it is also nicknamed “Pirate Island“, where they hid their ships before launching their attacks on coastal towns.

Since 1986, the Tabarca natural area has been classified as a Mediterranean Marine Nature Reserve. We make you a list for ‘What to do in Isla de Tabarca ?’.

History

Before it was called Isla de Tabarca, it was called Isla de San Pablo. But when a group of prisoners from Tabarka in Tunisia arrived in the 15th century, the island was renamed Nueva Tabarca.

As mentioned earlier, the island has a history of pirate activity. It was once a refuge for Barbary pirates. Muslim pirates from North Africa were coming to attack Christian ships. Located just off the coast of Alicante, it was the perfect strategic site from which to attack. This is one of the reasons why the island was fortified during the reign of Philip III. A fortification was built in the 18th century to protect against these attacks.

Tabarca village

This magnificent seaside village still boasts fortifications. There are 3 large gates leading into the village: the Puerta de San Rafael on the east side, the Puerta de San Gabriel on the west side and the Puerta de San Miguel from which you can see the city of Alicante. In the village, you’ll find typical Mediterranean fishermen’s houses.

🎟Book your trip with us now !🎟

La Cova del Llop Mari

It’s a cave located in the middle of the island of Tabarca, some 100 metres below the island’s surface. The cave is quite spectacular, not least for its history. Popular stories tell of the arrival of a pair of sea lions who were looking for shelter and found it here. This would not have pleased the islanders, who considered them a threat.

Marine activities

What attracts people to this island is its clear turquoise water. Thanks to its classification as a Mediterranean Marine Nature Reserve, the island boasts a great diversity and abundance of flora and fauna. Its waters are ideal for snorkeling enthusiasts. It’s also an ideal spot for scuba diving, and you can contemplate the seabed in search of species such as the endangered loggerhead turtle. On site, you can take advantage of introductory diving courses, both with oxygen tanks and freediving. There are several diving sites on the island.

Specialities

Of course, you can enjoy many different kinds of fresh seafood caught just around the corner, and you can also enjoy them in traditional paella (to learn how to make one, click here). The island’s specialty is called Caldero tabarquico, a type of stew with fish, potatoes and rice with aioli.

Nueva Tabarca Museum

The Tabarca Island Museum is housed in the former fishing lodge, which was essential to the island’s economic activity, and is open to visitors free of charge from Wednesday to Sunday inclusive. It takes us on a tour of Tabarca’s past, and comprises two rooms: one houses the permanent exhibition, while the second is an audiovisual room.

How do you get there?

To get there from Madrid, you’ll need to spend around 5 hours by car to reach Santa Pola, then take the boat to the island. The same applies to the train, which arrives in the same town. You can also get there by boat from Alicante.

The easiest way is to book with us, and we’ll take care of all your travel arrangements!

Marrakech is often referred to as the capital of Morocco, and for good reason. Thanks to its beauty, history and many things to see and do, this city attracts millions of tourists every year. The city is full of charm and bright colors. Here is our list of the best things to do in Marrakech !

Medina

The first thing to do when you arrive in town is to explore the Medina, the old part of the city. Here you’ll find all the typical Moroccan things, such as the famous Souk where you’ll find handicrafts. Stroll through a labyrinth of narrow streets where you’ll find pottery, ceramics, jewelry and colorful textiles. In addition to the handicrafts, which you can sometimes see being created, try the local food with fruit and cakes. You can lose yourself in its maze of streets and explore to come across things each more typical than the next.

Majorelle Gardens

These gardens were originally created for Jacques Majorelle, a French-born painter who fell in love with Morocco. He chose to settle there and build a villa. He became famous for depicting Moroccan life in his paintings, and his most famous work is the tropical garden with its cacti, palms and ferns. The villa was subsequently purchased, renovated and reopened to the public by Yves Saint Laurent, who also took care of the gardens, which had fallen into disrepair since the death of the previous owner.

Jema El-Fnaa

This is Marrakech’s main square, located in the heart of the Medina. It’s at sunset that you’ll best enjoy the charm of this square, with numerous street shows and animations such as snake charmers, acrobats and dancers similar to Cirque du Soleil, or women giving henna tattoos. You’ll also find everything that makes Morocco so famous and charming: carpets, spices, herbs and food. Soak up the local culture as you stroll between the street stalls !

🎟Book your trip to Morocco with us now !🎟

Thanks to this trip you will discover the local culture in Marrakech but not only ! You will also have the chance to visit Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site, Ouarzazate, take a walk and spend a night in the desert and so much more. Find here the program of the trip.

Koutoubia mosque

It is an important historical landmark of the city. It’s a true symbol of the city, with its 70-metre-high minaret visible for miles around. Built in 1162, it is considered one of the masterpieces of Almohad architecture. Unfortunately, like all the other mosques in the city, entry is forbidden to non-Muslims, but you can still admire the view outside over the magnificent gardens of roses, orange trees and palms.

Bahia Palace

The palace is architecturally rich, with a marble main courtyard and luxurious salons. Inside, you’ll also find mosaic ceilings and ornate stone carvings. The entire interior decoration is a true demonstration of Moroccan art and craftsmanship. The palace, built in the 19th century, was the residence of the Grand Vizier Bou Ahmed. What’s more, it’s an ideal place to take a cool break on hot summer days.

Desert of Merzouga

Discover the spectacular scenery of the Moroccan desert via the fortified village of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Many famous films have been shot here, including Gladiator, Jewel of the Nile, Sahara with Penelope Cruz and others.

The city of Salamanca is located in the Castilla y León region of eastern Spain. The city is very rich in terms of history and architecture, but it’s also young and dynamic thanks to all the students it welcomes every year at its university. It has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1988. Here is our list of the 8 best things to do in Salamanca !

Plaza Mayor

In the heart of the old town, we find Salamanca’s famous Plaza Mayor. Considered one of the most beautiful squares in Spain, its buildings perfectly represent the Renaissance and Baroque styles. You’ll find 80 arches all around the square, with medallions representing kings, famous politicians of the time and poets. The sunset over the square is also something not to be missed, bringing out its architecture and color. This has also earned it the nickname ‘Golden City‘.

University of Salamanca

It is the oldest university still in operation in Spain, and the oldest in Europe alongside Oxford, the Sorbonne and Bologna. It was built in 1218 under the reign of Alfonso IX. Visit the famous 16th-century Plateresque facade with the eagle of Saint John in the main building, Escuelas Mayores. You can then discover the Patio de Escuelas, with its sculpture of a frog on a skull.

We organize a trip to Avila and Salamanca and we will visit many things of this list, so don’t hesitate !

The old and new cathedrals

The old cathedral dates back to the 12th century Romanesque period. If you’re not afraid of heights, we recommend climbing the Torre del Gallo, a 110m-high tower offering impressive panoramic views. Take the original spiral staircase to the top. Inside the building, you’ll also find 50 15th-century paintings depicting biblical scenes. You can also see one of Europe’s oldest organs.

As for the new cathedral, it was built in the 16th century and blends Gothic and Baroque styles.

Casa de las conchas

Located next to the Plaza Mayor, this impressive house was built in 1493. It takes its name from all the shells on its façade, which in fact represent the Order of Santiago. The main courtyard is an excellent example of Elizabethan Gothic architecture, with Carrara marble columns and stone gargoyles on the walls.

Tapas in Barrio del Oeste

You’ll arrive in this district just outside the historic center. It was created in the years following the civil war, and is therefore fairly recent compared to the center. It was in the 2000s that the district really came back to life, thanks to a project by two women from the University of Fine Arts. Frescoes were painted on garage doors and in the streets, giving the area a new lease of life. Little by little, the area came back to life, and today boasts a multitude of stores and restaurants. The contradiction between the modernity of the district and the typical Spanish gastronomy of tapas adds an interesting touch.

Convento de San Esteban

Built in 1255, when the Dominicans settled on the site. The medieval buildings were renovated in the 16th century. The site has also witnessed the passing of such great names in history as Christopher Columbus, Saint Ignatius of Loyola and Saint Teresa of Jesus. Over the centuries, several elements have been added to the basic edifice, such as the cloister of the kings.

Parque de la Alamedilla

Located just outside the old town, this park is perfect for a summer picnic with family and friends. The central square features a fountain with water and light effects. The park also boasts an artificial lake where you can spot ducks and swans.

Mercado Central

This historic market dates back to the 19th century. You’ll find all the usual market staples, including fresh produce, but you’ll also find local and regional specialities such as charcuterie, cheeses and wines. You’ll also find tapas bars where you can sample the local tapas. The market is just 100m from Plaza Mayor.

If you’re in Salamanca or on vacation, be sure to visit these places, which are part of the city’s history and will help you learn more about it.

Are you looking for a party in Madrid ? If the answer is yes, we got you ! There are so much places and clubs to make good party in the capital and it can be confusing. So, we reunited the best clubs in Madrid for you !

Teatro Kapital

As its name suggests, it was originally a theater. But today, Kapital is one of Madrid’s nightlife hotspots. Located on Calle de Atocha in the center of Madrid, it’s surely the capital’s most impressive for its size. In fact, it has 7 floors, each with its own atmosphere and decorations. You’ll find music to suit every style. In the main room, you’ll find hits, house and dance music; on the 2nd floor, karaoke; on the 3rd, the apartment; on the 4th, the kissing room; on the 5th, reggaeton and commercial music. And finally, on the top 2 floors you’ll find a restaurant and a terrace. Other club events include charity events and fashion shows.

Teatro Barceló

The club has a long history and a great reputation in Madrid. Like Kapital, this club is housed in a former theater, and the building has been declared an asset of cultural interest by the community of Madrid. It can also be seen in films and series such as Elite on Netflix. It has 3 rooms, each with its own unique atmosphere. There’s the main room, with its 3 bars and stage with tables, the Scotch room, which is much smaller but has a different kind of music to the main room, and finally the famous El Cielo room, spread over two floors, which mainly hosts events. The club is in the heart of Tribunal.

Shoko

This is one of Madrid’s most popular clubs, located in the Latina district. Each night has a different theme. The best-known night is, of course, Fucking Monday, which every Monday brings together all those who want to party to start the week. It’s a very international evening, with many students from all over the world coming to study in Madrid. Shoko covers an area of around 2000m² and has several accessible floors. In the main hall, you’ll find the most popular music of the moment. If you’re more of a Latino music fan, head up to the second floor and let yourself be carried away ! As you move through the hall, you’ll find balconies that go all the way around the main hall, giving you an all-round view.

Fabrik

Located on the outskirts of Madrid, Fabrik offers 2 huge hangar-like halls for up to 4,000 people. Sound, light, everything is there, including huge smoke machines. The club mainly features electronic music and related genres. Fabrik also invites many famous DJs to come and liven up your parties.

Icon

Located just 5 minutes’ walk from Puerta del Sol, this club is ideal for a night out in the center. Evenings take place mainly on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Currently, you’ll find Project X on Tuesdays, Icon University on Thursdays, Almost Famous on Fridays and Saturday Spirit on Saturdays. The music is varied and international. The club also attracts a lot of internationals. Prices are the most attractive compared with other clubs.

Stardust club

Stardust is renowned for organizing the capital’s best techno nights. Its Friday nights feature a mix of national and international artists. Located in the heart of the Malasana district, the club attracts many different profiles, bringing together people of all ages with a common desire. Themed events and collaborations are often organized by the club.

Samsara

If you don’t like big, crowded clubs, or if you like to dance and party, this is the club for you! Located close to Puerta del Sol, Samsara is easy to get to and offers a warm atmosphere. It’s open all week from Monday to Saturday. Admission prices vary from day to day. You can also get in with our Pubcrawl, which gives you access to 4 bars as well as this club.
